I do not know me with this brand in mind, but I have an image search and HTM-bow, I thought, looked very much like I did for my Bogen Toxonics observed one of the arches. This is an adjustable sight pin.
It is an adaptation for vertical and one for the height. There is a button at the top of the view that the level set by the view up or down, and a button on the side to side adjustment by the angles adjusted left or right.

1. Shot at about 10 meters, is the center of the pin on your target, then adjust the light on the left when the arrow hits the center-left, or if it hits the right of center.

2. Then adjust the height to the bottom if true the arrow below the center of the lens, or even if it hits the middle.

3. Once you set for the exposure of the left / right, you do not do much more with this setting. If he hits the bull's-eye at 10yards, consider creating the height adjustment and recording of his 10 yards and then again at 20 meters and repeat step 2 Repeat T"30, 40, 50 m, etc.

Look it, you check your settings in a piece of tape across the top of the arc for fast on the ground, so you can easily make your look for different applications.
