I have 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil in a small glass bowl, I added ground pepper 2 large cloves garlic, crushed with a little black pepper. I have exposed in the refrigerator, in part.

What I do when:

Take one cup of extra virgin olive oil, add 4 cloves Garlen itchy, or crushed through a garlic press. Add a little pepper, if desired. Let stand for one day. Then with a small sieve to remove the pepper and garlic. They have a delicious oil that can be used for cooking or dipping!
