Sheriffs Deed Without Waranty Texas Foreclosure And After?

Foreclosure and after? - sheriffs deed without waranty texas

A house in the state of Illinois has sold the sale of a sheriff. No one has bought the house and was taken over by the bank. According to the notes sold, the sheriff's lock on the website of the deed transferring the house a week later in court can be up to 30 days later. He says he can not in the house without permission of the residenct front yard.
If you are more than 30 days, then what happens? As a friend of mine who is a lawyer, the bank has received an eviction through the courts before they can enter and clear the contents of the house or change the locks. Is that correct?
